Toyota Repair: Toyota Camry, sway bar bushings, strut mounts

I have problem with my 98 Camry - noisy front end.I replaced strut mounts.It helped a little but but the front end still squeaks over speed bumps.What other parts should I replace to get rid of this noise? Toyota issued a  service bulletin SU00398 regarding this issue.When can I download it?

I would try lubricating your sway bar bushings using a good silicon paste. Unbolt both sway bar mounts from the crossmember and slide the bushing off. Put a good coat of the silicon inside and re-install the bushings. I have seen these bushing make all kind of noise and drive people crazy looking for it.
