Toyota Repair: 2001 Toyota Tacoma/ manuel trans., fuel compression, coil works

Question
My truck has loss of power. It will not go past 55mph and if on an incline will go 20-30mph.  

Answer
Which engine do you have?
Is the engine light on?
Spark + Fuel + compression & all at the right time.
If there are no codes,
Replace the plugs with the recommended NGK, or Denso equivilants.
Check the plug wires.
Check the ignition coil works (that u have spark)
That you have the correct amount of fuel injected into the engine
Check the mechanical cam timing.
