Toyota Repair: 2000 Sienna driver door handle, phillips screw, retaining clips

Question
The driver side door handle has broken on the outside. I have been reaching thru slider to open the door. Now the window makes horrid noises going up and down so I refuse to use the window either.  I am wondering how hard it is to replace that handle and or if it is a huge undertaking? I have my father/son to help me if I need it (most assuredly).

Answer
The door handle is not that hard to replace, the inner door panel has to be removed, there are some screws hidden under the armrest, remove the armrest, remove the small phillips screw on the inner door handle, the panel is held on with clips that pop off, the door handle is held on with two 10 mm bolts and there are a couple of retaining clips that connect to the door lock linkages.
