Toyota Repair: 1988 Toyota MR 2 idles too fast, toyota mr 2, toyota mr2

I'm looking for information on how to adjust the idle on my 1988 Toyota MR2. When it is cold, it idles at 2500rpm. Can you help me? Where, how do I adjust the idle?

You don't. Regardless of what you do, aslong as there is still enough range of motion in the idle valve, it will idle at whatever the computer wants it to idle at because that's what it sees is correct for the current conditions (Atleast what it sees as the conditions.) It's not uncommon for them to rev abit during warm-up to speed up the process.

Clean the throttle plate, EGR valve, and idle valves BY HAND. Aslong as the idle drops back down. It's perfectly fine.
