Toyota Repair: 2001 Camry i4 CEL P0446, service bulletins, emission control

My CEL is on.  I have a code P0446 and a code P0300 pending.  My local dealer wants over $200 to diagnose it.  Car seems to run fine.  Thanks for your help.

Toyota has issued a couple of service bulletins that adress both conditions, some or all of the remedies may be covered under the federal emission control warranties, please provide an email address so I can foreward a copy of these bulletins that you can then show to the dealer.
