Toyota Repair: 94 Camry died while driving, plug connectors, oil light

Question
I have a 94 Camry with 130,000 miles. I have had blue smoke on start up for some time now. After driving for a couple of miles today the car just died while driving. Check engine light and oil light came on and car will crank but not start up. Seems to burn alot of oil lately. (It was not showing up on dipstick after it died.) Any clues? And how do I check the computer code?

Answer
It's possible that the timing belt broke, does the engine sound normal when trying to start or does it sound like it spins over real fast with no compression? If so it's the timing belt, one way to check is to remove the distributor cap and see if the rotor turns when the engine is cranked over, if not,the timing belt broke. If that's not the case check for spark to the spark plugs if there is no spark at the end of the spark plug connectors to ground suspect the coil igniter assembly, check the coil inside the distributor for cracks and leakage to ground.
