Toyota Repair: Paseo exhaust recirculation & Oil leak, 1992 toyota paseo, pan gasket

Question
1992 Toyota Paseo
1.5 Liter 4 cyl
102,000 miles
Automatic

What looks to be a recirculation tube that comes from the side of the exhaust assembly on the front of the engine block to the air intake area behind the engine is, for lack of a better term, popped.  It was letting exhaust escape into the engine compartment.  I "sealed" it with some high temp putty weld, but I'd like to replace the part.  What is this part called, and where can I find it?

Also, there is oil leaking from the oil pan area, and it drips straight onto my exhaust underneath the oil pan.  Is there any chance that this is from the rear main seal, or would this indicate the oil pan gasket?

Thanks!

Answer
the egr pipe is Dealer only, so when you go to the dealer to order it , they will have a picture you can look at to identify the part.

The oil could be either one or both leaks you mentioned,

Bestbet is to clean it off, drive it and check it again to see exactly where the oil is coming from.
Kinda have to see it.
