Toyota Repair: rotor replacement 2002 highlander, penetrant, rotor

I can get the caliper off, and the bracket holding the pads off.  Looks like a nut holding the rotor on a spindle on the front.  Any idea of what size this nut is or alternative ways to remove to get off rotor?  Are there bearings in this rotor

DO NOT REMOVE THIS NUT, it's not necessary to do this to get the rotor off, the rotor is just stuck because of rust, spray some penetrating/rust penetrant onto the hub and wait about two hours and the rotor will come of by tapping on the flange with a hammer.
