Toyota Repair: ECU code 25 on toyota tercel 1992, vacuum leaks, toyota tercel

This morning My check engine came on ....so I got the code out and i got a code 25 ...its a tercel 1992 manual 5 speed 1.5 liter>>>>>what could be the problem???........Thx a lot for your time!!!!

Code 25 Air-Fuel Lean malfunction.
Either the engine is running lean, or the oxygen sensor is faulty.
Check for vacuum leaks & that the fuel system is up to par. Check / replace the primary oxygen sensor.

Afterwards pull the EFI fuse for a second & put it back to reset the ECU.
