Toyota Repair: cigarette lighter in a 2000 4 runner, cell phone chargers, cell phone charger

Question
So I have to replace two fuses?  do you know which two?  The cell phone charger worked for two years before it went dead.  It is not overloaded.

-----Question-----
I thought my cell phone charger went dead.  I tried another I know works.  Both lighter plugs are dead.  But, when I look at the owners manual, it appears other things that are working would have gone too if it was a fuse.  What type of fuse is it and which spot is it in?
-----Answer-----
It's fused at two points from what I remember. Check all the fusing!
From there, understand it's a cig lighter. Not a 12v power port. If much of a load is ever put on it, you can melt the wiring for it.

Answer
^ You would think that, but that's incorrect. ;)
Most 12v cell phone chargers consume 1.5-2 amps. The wiring, depending on everything, is 18 or 20 gauge. Which is only good for 1.5-2.3 amps.
Inspect the other fuse. If you have too, check continuity between the power receptical of the fuse, and ground. If there is none, the wiring was most likely fried at some point.

Try the CIG fuse, and the POWER OUTLET fuse. That's normally the pair you run across.
