Toyota Repair: 4runner flasher location?, turn signals, 4runner

Hi, thanks for the forum. My '95 4runner has developed a problem wherein all turn signals flash regardless of whether I signal right or left  -  it is as if I am engaging the hazards. I figured this may be the flasher and bought a replacement but I cannot find the flasher location. Any help much obliged.

It's located under the dash to the right of the steering column, the flasher is seldom the problem, it may be something else like a wrong bulb installed in one of the bulb sockets either the parking lights or tail/stop lights or a wiring problem or a problem with the 4 way flasher switch but try replacing the flasher and let me know if it worked.
