Toyota Repair: 95 toy 4run, injector pulse, computer side

Question
I am having a injector firing problem , signal doesn't seem to be coming from computer. What can fix this, and, is this a common problem?

Answer
Is it only one fuel injector or all of them, keep in mind that one side of the injector wire harness connector has a constant voltage, in this case B+ (battery voltage) the other side is grounded by the computer which is an on-off cycle to turn the injectors on and off as needed, do you have constant voltage to all of the injectors? Check with a test light or voltmeter to engine ground, are you using a small injector test light to see if there is an injector pulse when the engine is cranked over? This light is plugged directly into the harness side and should flash if the signal is good, if there is constant voltage but the light doesn't flash when the engine turns over then the problem is on the computer side, possibly a bad computer ground connection or internal malfunction.
