Toyota Repair: 1993 T-100 Ignition Lock Cylinder Replacing, lock cylinder, 4x4

I have a 1993 T-100 4x4 that the key will turn to the run position but not to the start position. I have the replacement part but am not an experienced mechanic. I am rather mechanically inclined though. Just need some directions and advice if possible.

The cylider, if thats what you bought is replaced by putting the Ignition cyl in Acc position.Then there is a small hole in the side of the housing that you push a pic into and it will allow you to pull the cyl with key straight out.
Then put the new cyl in acc and push straight in.
