Toyota Repair: Back up lights dont work, jumper wire, runner sport

Question

Hi, I own a 2000 Toyota 4 Runner sport edition 5 Speed Manual 96K+ (6 cyl) (5VZ-FE engine) and the backup lights do not work. I checked the fuses in the engine compartment and under the dash and none are bad. I removed the bulbs and found both are good. Can you tell me waht I could check to fix this ?  (All other lights work)

sorry for the delay, Ive been at Lexus training for 2 days.

Gauge fuse powers the circuit.recheck that fuse.

There is a back up light switch on the side of the transmission. 2 wires, Should have power to black/yellow  the wire, key on.

Jump with a jumper wire and see if the lights work. If yes, bad backup light switch.
