Toyota Repair: 1986.5 supra... tailights inoperative, side marker, dash lights

Question
I have a 1986.5 toyota supra it was involved in a front end collision, before the wreck everything worked fine and now that im driving it again I have no dash lights, no tailights and no parking lights. I have checked the fuse for the tailights and it was blown so I replaced it and as soon as I turned the lights on it blew again and so did all of the bulbs. I think this may be happening because of a short but I have no idea where to look. I was gonna start by looking at the front of the car where the car took the hit but once again I am lost and have no idea which wires are which and I am not positive that it is a short it was just a guess. Also are the tailights and dash lights on the same circuit? I am totally lost as to why I dont have dash lights Im just hoping its linked with the tailights. I am only 17 and would really appreciate any help that I cant get.

                     Thanks,

Answer
The dash lights and the tail lights are on the same fuse and yes there is a short circuit to ground that causes the fuse to blow, electrical problems like this are very hard to diagnose without being able to look at the car myself and doing resistance and voltage tests to see where the problem may be but I'm sure that it is in the front where the damage was, try looking for any wires that may have been pinched or crushed between sheet metal, try removing the parking light and side marker bulbs and see if it helps get rid of the short, sorry can't be of more help, may be you can have someone at a local garage look at it, good luck.
