Toyota Repair: 95 4-runner no power, amp fuse, customtacos

I was driving when a wire under dash fell down and sparked, truck filled with smoke. I was worried so I pulled over and shut the truck off. I tried to turn it on and there is no power at all. my father took a look at it he says there is no fire going to 30 amp fuse. and ideas.

Knowing what wire shorted to cause the problem would be a big help. You're going to have to scour over a wiring diagram to see what powers that fuse, then go to the truck & look over the wiring in person.
