is there a way to bypass the fuel relay to check if it may be the problem and not the fuel pump? also where is the fuel relay located?

Locate the diagnostic connector under the hood and make a jumper wire between the terminals FP and E1, this will make the fuel pump run if it is good, if the fuel pump doesn't run when doing this the pump needs to be replaced if the pump runs and there is fuel pressure let me know because then we are looking at a relay or wiring problem.
