Toyota Repair: Window motor/regulator replacement, 1990 toyota camry, factory service manuals

Question
How do I get the motor and regulator out of thr door? After I removed the trim panel there only seems to be small access holes in the inside metal door panel. Does this inside door panel come apart and if so how? The car is a 1990 Toyota Camry DX 4DR SDN. It is the drivers side front door.

Yeah, that's just the service hole cover. It pops off.
