Toyota Repair: Supra Airbag light reset, spiral cable, service tool

Question
I have a 1990 Supra Turbo which I replaced the rack and pinion on. After I put it all back together I realized the steer wheel was sideways. Next I took the airbag and steering wheel off to straighten it. Of course now the airbag light will not turn off. What do I do?

Answer
Did you disconnect the airbag?
Now that you took the wheel off, the spiral cable may be too loose or too tight.
Youll need a SST (special service tool)
May need a trip to the dealer.

you should have aligned the front end and set the toe.
