Toyota Repair: 1997 4runner problems, air flow sensor, psi pressure

Question
I'm having problems diagnosing a problem with my 1997 4runner. it is a an automatic v6,sr5, 4 wheel drive with 125,000 miles. the problem started with an engine check light which showed cylinder 1 misfire. changed plugs,  engine check light came on again. as time went on the vehicle started stalling out occasionally when coming to a stop. also noticed if you rev the engine it starts jerking and bucking at 4000 rpms weather driving or at idle. the truck has gotten worse with stalling out more frequently. the only codes i;m getting from the computer is cylinder 1-6 misfire and not all the time. the fuel system psi pressure shows 45-49 and holds solid even after the car stalls, usually will not get any codes other than cylinder misfire, tested all sensors, tried changing master air flow sensor, disconnected os2 sensor, changed computer, problem still happening. seems to be more of an ignition as opposed to a fuel problem. what doesn't make sense is not getting any codes from the computer other than the occasional cylinder misfire.. can you help?

Answer
It would help if I could have the trouble codes that were in the computer that were caused by the misfire, there have been common problems with ignition coil packs going bad, all coils are on the right side of the engine, each coil fires two cylinders, you can start by replacing the number one cylinder coil pack, it's on the right engine bank(left, standing in front) but since there is a misfire on both cylinders 1 and 6 it may be necessary to replace #3 coil also, 1/4 and 3/6 are on the same coil packs.
