Toyota Repair: valve chatter in 2000 Tundra, toyota dealer, valve spring

Question
My 2000 Tundra (V8 4X4) with 126,000 miles still runs great, but recently I am hearing some engine noise for a few minutes in the morning after the truck sat overnight. It has plenty of oil and I use Toyota oil filters. It is not pinging noise but a metallic chattering, like a weak valve spring. How do I have my mechanic investigate this? Thanks.

Answer
The best way to go about this is to have the toyota dealer look at this, leave the truck with them overnight so that they can diagnose the problem in the morning and if possible be there with the technician when they start it to check for the noise so you can tell them just exactly what noise is you are concerned with.
