Toyota Repair: corrola dash lights and park lights, corolla sx, dash lights

my car is a 91 corolla sx hatchback manual.
My rear lights dont work but my brake and reverse lights work fine. and also my dash lights dont work either. I've checked the fuses!

need to know if its CANADA or USA.
The first few letter of the VIN will tell me.

The vehicle has a tail light relay. try swapping that with a "same" relay from that fuse block. Its in the top of the left front kick panel.

If thats good then it depends on wether or not its a canada car to where we go next.
