Toyota Repair: Sienna and Supra, something down the road, fuel guage

Question
2 questions here..

I just bought a 99 Sienna and noticed that the right side of my speedometer is not a bright at left side.  All the other lights are working fine (ie..Temp guage, fuel guage)..and also on the climate control panel...on the left side, the light doesn't work (temp control dial..) and the other half is illuminated.  Is this something that I can replace on my own relatively painless or should I get a mechanic to look at it?

I also have a 1985 Supra in almost mint condition.  It has after market performance parts, stereo system, new paint and runs strong.  Just wondering if a car like this will ever be worth something down the road (like collector status) and how much would it be worth today.  I love the body styling and everything and figure it can be worth something someday if I keep it in this condition.

Answer
The instrument panel bulbs are replaceable, the instrument cluster has to be removed to bet to the bulbs in the back, the bulbs in the a/c control panel can also be replaced by removing the faceplate, can't speculate on the Supra question, have no idea.
