How do I adujest my emercency brake?

Emergency brakes normally need no adjustment, if the brake handle pulls up to far it is because the rear brakes are out of adjustment, the rear brakes are adjusted through the rear of the brake backing plate, remove the oval shaped rubber plug and with a screwdriver turn the ratcheting adjustment wheel until there is a slight drag felt when turning the wheel.
