Toyota Repair: Car suddenly wont start/problem with fuel?, fuel pressure gauge, toyota celica

Question
I have a 1991 toyota celica, standard. The car suddenly wouldn't start. There is plenty of gas in the car and the engine turns over but I can't get it to start. My dad checked to see if it was electrical, he took a spark plug out & I tried to start it & there was a spark.Could it be a problem with the fuel system?

Answer
Possibly,it may have lost fuel pressure, this engine has a cold start injector located on the intake chamber, loosen the fitting of the cold start injector and crank the engine over to check for fuel spraying out, if there is no fuel the fuel pump is the most likely cause, be careful when doing this because any spark or other source of ignition can cause a fire, the best way to check for fuel pressure is to attach a fuel pressure gauge on the system and check the pressure.
