How do you remove the rear seat of this vehicle?

The lower part, the seat cushion is just held in with a sort of a clip, one on each side, it can be removed by pulling up on the front of the seat to pop it out of the retaining clips.
The seat back has two 12mm bolts, one on each side, once they are removed the outer seatback cushions can be removed, pull them up to release them and the the seatback can be pulled up and out.
