Toyota Repair: Plz help, 3.0 vze, swap turned into head nightmare, throttle position sensor, airflow meter

Question
What was supposed to be an engine swap turned into on the 1st swap, puked baby poop 1 minute into firing up.  Second engine in...decided i didnt trust him since the first one blew and found 2 bolts and a fuel rail fastening bushing on top of 2 different valves..hehe.  So I put a 87 or 88 4 runner 3.0 into my 92 deluxe 4x4, ive got 130 to 150 compression!!  :)  I had it running with the timing off a notch, fixed it.  And it died like it was gas starved.  I have a replacement fuel pump but pressure squirts out from the cold start injector (? passenger side above hoses tied to passenger rail) location upon losening.  I have codes 14 & 41 popping up but when I felt the injectors  (3 of 6), I noticed no buzz while turning over and I "think" they should BUZZ, if engaging.  I rigged the wires that go into the air intake throttlebody, they broke, but i think the order goes from top to bottom, brown/black  yellow/white  yellow  green/red.  Im not sure what/where the igf is and have lost a lot of time and work, and am broke, any help plz if you can  thnx.

Answer
I'm not sure which wires you mean on the throttle body?
Is it the throttle position sensor wiring or the airflow meter wires, the code 41 indicates there is a problem with the TPS, the IGF signal comes from the igniter to the computer and if the signal is there it means there is spark to the spark plugs which will then turn on the injectors, let me know just exactly what wires were broken and I may be able to help more.
