Toyota Repair: AC Drain Blocked - 2002 Toyota Tacoma, passenger dash, metal pipe

How do I unblock the AC drain on a 2002 Toyota Tacoma?  It has a small 90 degree metal pipe under the passenger side of the vehicle.  Is there a way to open the drain compartment on the inside under the passenger dash or do I need to find a flexible 1/8 inch snake to push in from underneath at the curved pipe?

The metal pipe connects to a rubber hose which is connected to the bottom of the evaporator inside under the glove compartment, make sure that this hose is connected so the water can drain to the outside, if not connected the water can drain into the passenger compartment.
If the hose is connected there may be a blockage,this is caused most of the time by leaves, try blowing compressed air into the drain pipe from the outside or disconnect the hose inside and clean out the outlet on the evaporator and the metal pipe.
