Toyota Repair: 1992 Toyota Camry Seatbelt wont retract, toyota camry, seatbelt

Question
I own a 1992 Toyota Camry.  About 2 months ago I was in a car accident and my rear passenger side seatbelt was pulled out all the way and will not retract back in now.  I do not want to take it to the dealer to have it fixed.  I have heard it's about $500 to do so.  Can anyone help me?

Answer
When the seatbelt gets stuck like this it has to be replaced, there is no repair possible, it has to be replaced with the one from the factory there are no other choices, you may buy it from the dealer and install it yourself and save about $90-180. It just requires basic hand tools.
