Toyota Repair: Toyota T-100 Turn Signal Problem, turn signal switch, emergency flasher

1997 Toyota T-100. Left front turn signal does not work.  Rear does, but blinks very rapidly.  Bulb and contimuity of the wires is good to the bundle going into the steering column. New flasher installed.  Help me.............!

The answer seems to be simple, since you are sure that the bulb and the wiring is good up to the steering column and the flasher has been replaced the only thing left is the turn signal switch, this is especially true if all the lights blink when turning on the emergency flasher, if that's the case replace the combination switch which includes the turn signal switch.
