Toyota Repair: how to reset the airbag light, jumper wires, camry

Is there a way to reset the airbag light on a 93 camry short of taking it to the dealer. Is it a special tool like I have to reset the maintenance lights on a BMW?

Remember that turning off the light will probably not fix the reason that it came on in the first place.
