Toyota Repair: 1999 Toyota Solara, temp gauge, toyota solara

Question
We purchased a used 99' Toyota Solara 4 wks ago with only 64K miles from a car dealership locally.  Since owning the car so short of time - 1st I had problem where car wouldnt start, it would try and turn over and everything would come on and i would hear a click but wouldnt start until i hit the ignition about 5-10 times.  The dealership replaced the contacts in the starter and corrected this problem.  Last wk all of a sudden my driver side window would not go down.   The passenger side went down with no problem. For two days I couldnt get it down and then all of a sudden it started working again.  Now I have a light on the instrument panel that looks like a car with lights flarring to the rear.  It is directly under the temp gauge.  Do you think the computer system is trying to go out on this car with so many occurances?  We had the alternator checked out and  the shop said that it was ok - I dont know and beginning to think that I have bought a lemon.  Please advise! P.S. this car didnt come with an owner's manual and I can not find one online - so if you could direct me to a source for an owner's manual I would greatly appreciate it!!!

Answer
The window not going down may be a sign that the power window motor is developing a problem and it may need to be replaced soon.
The warning light on the dash means that one or more of the bulbs in the rear is burned out so check all the rear lights including the brake lights.
Contact your nearest Toyota dealer they can get an owner's manual for you.
