Toyota Repair: 1995 camry power windows, probability percentage, jumper wire

Question
1995 camry DX 250,000 miles-My problem is that my master window switch is not working. All of the other switches work for their own respective windows. The master lockout switch works, the power locks also work from the master switch. I thought it was simple, change the master switch. Wrong answer. Lucky for me I did not spend the $411 that the dealer wanted for this part. I got it off eBay for $22.50 + shipping (about $8). After further review I am thinking maybe the regulator for the same window. I have had the door panel off many times, no sound. I have also taken apart my original switch and cleaned it (before I ordered the one off eBay). The driver window contact was very dirty. Also, which of the 5 fuse/relay boxes, for my car, have the power window relay in it if that is the problem? Please give a diagnosis probability percentage w/your answer as I can't afford to be wrong too many more times. The regulator and motor are online for about $50ish. This is a long question, but I tried to give and accurate description. Thanks for your time.

Answer
I'm pretty sure that the motor is the problem but it could also be a wiring problem, before spending any more money there is a simple test to see if it is the motor or something else, by the way there is no power window relay, all of the windows are operated through the same power source so if the rest work but the driver window doesn't the power circuit is ok.
Remove the door panel and remove the connector from the motor, the wires should be one green and one red, apply 12 volts directly to the motor by connecting a jumper wire from a 12v source to either side of the motor and ground the other side, if there is no response reverse the connections, if there is still no response from the motor it needs to be replaced.
