Toyota Repair: rear sway bar bushing-2001 camry, sway bar bushing, rear sway bar

Question
The dealer told me that my car with 58K needs a rsbb lube to the tune of $102.  What is this? Is the price reasonable?

The dealer wants $150 to replace the fuel filter.  Can I do this myself?

Also, can I do the A/C evaporator unit "mold/mildew cleansing" for less than their quoted $150 price?

Thanks for your help!

Answer
I have no idea what this rsbb lube is, never heard of it, the fuel filter is inside the gas tank and there is no recommended replacement interval, it's a lifetime filter,  also not sure why they want to do the a/c deodorizing service unless there is an odor that you complained about.
Now I'm going to ask you a couple of questions so I can help:
What is the problem with the rear sway bar, in other words, is there a noise or just what is the issue with it?
Does the car run normally or are there driveability issues?
Is there a problem with the A/C system and what is it?
Please let me know because I think you may not need any of this.
