Toyota Repair: Replace Cabin Air Filter, Highlander, 2001, cabin air filter, phillips screw

Question
I know the cabin air filter is right behind the glove box, BUT, how do I take the glove box off, there are 2 side knobs, they slide out and then there is some else that is holding the box in? Help & Thanks a ton

First remove the phillips screw on the right on the little damper, looks kind of like a small shock absorber, then just squeeze the sides of the glove box so the retaining tabs go past the opening, the glove box will drop down enough to get to the cabin air filter holder.
