Toyota Repair: speed sensor, toyota landcruiser, automatic gearbox

Question
My toyota landcruiser amazon speedometer dances up and down sometimes going from 0 to 150mph in a second. this effects the gearbox and the car sometimes cuts out or will not move until the needle on the speedometer has settled down. I have replaced the speed sensor on the automatic gearbox but this has not cured it. Any thoughts?

Ive seen the seal for the speedo sleeve leak and the spinning cable pulls oil into the speedo head. Ive seen some people spray brakleen in the head and blow dry and save the head but the cable will need to br replaced. Pull the cable out of the speedoand check for excessive oil.
