Toyota Repair: blue smoke, worn piston rings, toyota camry

Question
My car is 86 Toyota Camry, about 150,000 mile and A/T. When engine is warm up, blue smoke comes out of exhaust pipe each time when I accelerate the car after stopping it a period of time like stopping under traffic light. When the car runs on road, no matter what speed, no blue smoke noticed. My question is where does the engine oil get into engine and how do I do to solve the problem.

Thanks,

Answer
Blue smoke on acceleration is normally caused by worn piston rings and/or cylinder walls which requires disassembly of the engine and basically an overhaul which includes replacing worn parts as needed.
Another and more economical option may be to try locate a used engine from a slavage yard that specializes in toyota parts.
