Toyota Repair: 1999 Toyota Corolla - Vibration, cv joints, cv axle

Question
Got a vibration in right front drive train most noticeable between 35 and 55.  Jacked right tire up, removed tire, put in drive and ran up to 40 to 50 and still had vibration. Had cv axle replaced, still have vibration.  Only thing left is transaxle.  Would new transmission fluid and an additive help, or am I looking at replacing the transmission?

Answer
This vibration is typically caused by worn inner CV joints on the axles, were both axles replaced? If not replace the other axle that was not replaced.
The transmission normally does not cause this vibration.
Is the vibration only while driving or is it there also when put in gear?
