Toyota Repair: 96 Camry clutch pedal vibration, clutch pedal, toyota parts

Question
I just bought a 96 camry and soon had to get the clutch replaced (slipping). The job was done at a local shop, I  bought all toyota parts for the mechanic ( re-man pressure plate though, didn't look very high quality, that's all they had )And after the job, I found a vibration near the top of the clutch pedal, or at the very end of the releasing. I went back to the shop, they said it's either the pressure plate being too "new" or my engine misfiring and vibrating, told me to check my spark plugs, which are now changed. It didn't make any noise, and engages smoothly, so I just walked away.

After driving it for nearly 500 miles, the characteristic of the vibration has changed. At cold, the pedal is fairly smooth, but as the temperature comes up, the vibration seems to increase. In stop and go traffic, it's very bother some. So, it seems to be temperature related? Not making sense to me...
The vibration is also greater at higher RPM.
also, releasing quickly creates more vibration, letting out slowly helps somewhat. Engagement is still smooth, not chattering or anything.

The car also has the annoying vibration on idle, which seems to be worse when the car's fully warmed up.

One more question: is removing the subframe the only way to change clutch in these cars? I first attempted to do the job myself, but backed off since it's too hard and no time...

Thank you!!

Answer
Yes the subframe has to be removed to remove the transmission.
The vibration may be caused by bad motor mounts if it is felt in the body, it is caused by the clutch if it is felt in the clutch pedal and if that is the case there is a problem with the pressure plate, I'm not sure what the problem is going by your description.
Is there a vibration without touching the clutch pedal and if so at what road speed? Need more info.
