Toyota Repair: 1981 Toyota 4x4, starter solenoid, toyota 4x4

Question
22R/4-Speed.  Truck will run when push started. Will not jump start. When key turned, battery power is on and start clicks but engine does not rotate. Tried new alternator, starter motor, starter, coil plugs wires d-cap, rotor etc.  still won't start from key turn.  Do you think it's the ignition switch?

Answer
It's not the ignition switch because the clicking noise is the starter solenoid engaging so the switch circuit is ok.
This sounds like either there is a bad connection at the battery or a voltage drop between the battery and the starter caused by a loose connection, check to make sure all the connections are clean and tight including the ground connections to the body and engine block from the battery, if all that is good try another starter.
