how do i get the starter off of a 94 toyota t 100 v6 . do i have to take anything else off to get to it

Both 14mm starter bolts are accessible from the rear of the bell housing, remove the 12mm nut for the battery cable and the solenoid connector, the starter can be removed through the bottom, you may have to bend the power steering lines a little to make room for it to go through.
