Toyota Repair: 1987 toyota Celica not starting, amp fuse, toyota celica

Question
I bought a 1987 Toyota Celica 2 weeks ago. I drove it home and let it sit in the garage for two weeks, now it wont start. I turn the key, a clicking sound can be heard from the relay box but the engine will not turn, head lights will turn on, no electricity to dash, battery is fully charged, no accessories work.  All fuses are good, I am questioning a relay but I dont know.  your help is appreciated.  Thanks again

Answer
There is a main fuse for the alternator that needs to be checked, it's located in the fuse block under the hood, it should be a 80 amp fuse which is bigger than the rest of the fuses, check the heavy wires connected to the positive terminal of the battery make sure the connections are tight and clean, check the voltage at the large wire on the alternator, there may be a plastic cover on it, there should be 12 volts at this terminal.
