Toyota Repair: 88 Toyota Truck clutch, clutch components, clutch pressure plate

Question
I have an 88 Toyota truck w/v6 and 5 speed. I just replaced the engine and while it was out I replaced clutch components-Reman. flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, and throw out brg.. The clutch is almost completely to the floor board before it disengages. I found a leaking master cyl. so I replaced it as well as the slave and bled the system. Clutch is still the same, at less than 2" from the floor it is completely engaged. Also to achieve this, the adjustment rod on the master is set fully extended.

Answer
You may have to remove the transmission again, after making sure none of the hydraulic lines or fittings are leaking, it's possible that the clutch disc is installed backwards which will cause the clutch to not release.
It's the only thing I can think of if everything externally is ok.
