Toyota Repair: 86 4x4 PU - No 4wd, jumper wire, haynes manual

Question
I just bought a 86 PU EFI.  It had a motor swap recently.  The check engine light is on.  My Haynes manual says to use a jumper wire at the E and T terminals and see how many times it flashes, but they aren't marked and there is no diagram that I could find (except for every other model).  Also, the 4wd is not working.  It has manual lock outs and I can feel the gear difference when I shift to 4 Lo, ruling out the transfer case.  Just no pull from the front.  Any ideas of what I should be looking for when I start to take it apart?  Thanks in advance.

Answer
The terminals that need to have the jumper wire to read the diagnostic code are the "TE1 and E1 or T1 and E1" they are all the same so if you have a diagram for any other toyota from 84-93 the terminals will be the same.
There is a problem with the front wheel locking hubs or maybe they are not put in the "lock" position, you should be able to turn the selector on the hubs into the lock position, if you are not able to turn them into the lock position they will have to be removed and inspected.
