Toyota Repair: Drive light on dash, d rive, combination meter

Question
I have a 2001 Sequoia Sr5.  The "Drive" light is out on my dash (the P,R,N,D,2,1 area).  I've read a post on the subject that says the "combination meter" has to be removed in order to get to the bulbs.  First off, what is the combination meter? What exactly do I have to take off to get to the area? I noticed two screws on the dash, i removed these and then tried to pull that piece out, but the area right above the ignition switch wouldnt budge.  Please be detailed.  Also, what kind and where do I get a replacement bulb?  Thanks very much in advance!

Answer
The combination meter is another term for instrument cluster, remove the lower finish panel below the steering wheel, there may be some plastic covers hiding 10mm bolts, there is a bolt on the left that may be hidden by the left kick panel so remove it also, after the bolts are off the panel can be pulled off there are only plastic clips holding it on, once the plastic piece around the instruments is off you can see 4 10mm bolts that hold the instrument cluster on, remove them and pull the cluster out far enough to disconnect the electrical connectors so you can put the cluster on the bench and replace the bulb, see your toyota dealer for an exact replacement bulb.
