Toyota Repair: ignition key cylinder, 22re toyota pickup, key cylinder

i have a 92 22re toyota pickup.  the steering wheel is locked out
and the key will not turn in the cylinder.  i have lubed it to no
avail.  i belive it is the key cylinder.  am i correct, and if so how
do i remove and replace the cylinder?

Answer
The lock cylinder needs to be replaced, to get the cylinder out the key has to get into the "ACC" position so the release pin can be pushed in to release it from the housing, if unable to get the key into the acc position the cylinder will have to be drilled out.
