Toyota Repair: rough idle 22re, head gasket problem, o2 sensors

will this 1994 truck have a 02 sensor wil this cause rough idle. hard on gas runs good on highway all sevice has been done on time never been smooth

Yes it has O2 sensors but they don't cause a rough idle and will turn the check engine light on if there is a problem with them.
It sounds like there may be another mechanical problem like an engine misfire or possibly low compression on one or more of the cylinders.
There could also be a head gasket problem, these are some of the things to check for. Have someone check these items to see if there is a problem.
