Toyota Repair: 97 Camry Turn Signal, signal lights, turn signal

My right turn signal is blinking fast.  Both the front right and rear right signal lights flash (assume the problem is not the bulbs based on this).  Could the problem still be one of the bulbs or something else?   If it is something else I have to get replace, how to I get to it?

Remove the right front turn signal lens and remove the bulb from the socket, there are contact strips inside the bulb socket, pull them up a little with a small hook to make better contact with the bulb, I would also advise to replace the bulb at the same time.
