Toyota Repair: 2004 Sienna rattle in powersliding door, oil sludge, horrible job

I was wondering how to fix the rattle from the power sliding side door I get when I am driving down the road from this door.  Also, the previous owner did a horrible job of changing the oil and I have sludge build up.  How do I get rid of the sludge and begin a good maintance schedule from here out.

Toyota has issued a technical service bulletin(TSB) regarding this condition, it involves replacing the door striker plate( P/N 69440-08021) the warranty period is 3yr/36,000 miles.
Try to find a repair shop that has an engine oil flush machine to get rid of some of the oil sludge, the only other solution is to take the engine apart and clean or replace parts.
