Toyota Repair: 1999 4 Runner Brakes, brake rotors, brake job

When I apply my brakes my car shakes almost like the feeling you get if the wheels are really out of line.  I have 51,000 miles on the vehicle and I'm wondering if I need a complete brake job or what.  I have an appointment with the dealer for my oil change, etc. next week and I want to be prepared for whatever they say.

The brake rotors may be warped and have excessive rotor runout, this is usually caused by overheating of the rotors and rotors worn to below the minimum thickness so be sure that they measure the rotor thickness and replace them if they are at or near the wear limit.
